Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LUCI (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

Medical Disclaimer

LUCI is designed for informational and educational purposes only. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, nor should it replace consultation with a qualified healthcare professional.

LUCI IS A WELLNESS AND HEALTH TRACKING TOOL, NOT A MEDICAL DEVICE. IT IS NOT FDA-APPROVED FOR DIAGNOSIS OR TREATMENT OF MEDICAL CONDITIONS.

Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of information provided by LUCI.

App Purpose and Use

LUCI provides tools for:

• Personal health and symptom tracking
• Clinical assessment questionnaires (PHQ-9, GAD-7, PSQI, MRS, STRAW-10, FRAX, ACES, SDoH)
• Menstrual cycle and wellness tracking
• Journaling and mood monitoring
• Health data organization and sharing with healthcare providers

All insights provided are based on user-reported data and contextual algorithms, not medical advice. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of information you input into LUCI.

User Accounts and Authentication

You may use LUCI with or without creating an account. Account creation (via email/password or Sign in with Apple) enables cloud backup and cross-device synchronization.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you may use LUCI with parental or guardian consent.

Privacy and Data Security

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Key points:

• Health data is primarily stored locally on your device
• Authentication data is securely stored in AWS Cognito (HIPAA-eligible infrastructure)
• Optional cloud backup available for authenticated users
• You control all data sharing – we never share your health data without your explicit consent

Intellectual Property

All content, visuals, algorithms, and materials within LUCI are the property of Naviday Health, Inc. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws including copyright, trademark, and patent laws.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of LUCI
• Use LUCI's content or algorithms for commercial purposes without permission
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use LUCI for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NAVIDAY HEALTH, INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

This includes losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use LUCI
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code that may be transmitted to or through LUCI
• Any errors or omissions in any content or data
• Health decisions made based on information provided by LUCI

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated through app updates. Your continued use of LUCI after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
